What started as property management software shifted to a guest communication platform. Francois emphasizes his repeated mantra. “There’s one solution to it all, to continuously think every problem has a solution.”
Through shifting his company’s vision, he steered Enso Connect through Covid times. In the startup phase, it was about assessing if they were solving the right problem. In turn, they were fluid in providing a solution.
